BRINGING OUT THE PUDDING IN

YORKSHIRE PUDDING

BRAND STORY

We all know the classic Yorkshire pudding - light, crispy, and served as part of a traditional Sunday roast with lashings of gravy. Us Yorkshire folk, frugal and thrifty, make sure that no scrap of batter goes to waste. For decades Yorkshire natives have served up leftover puds the next day with syrup or jam, putting a sweetened twist on the Yorkshire as we know it. Whether it’s ‘syruped’ in sauce or ‘jam-packed’ with familiar sweet treats, we’re taking the tradition and making it our own; bringing out the pudding in Yorkshire pudding.

With a recipe that has delighted our family for generations, we aim to whisk up a doozy treat and take the Yorkshire pudding from humble to heavenly. Whipping up your favourite combinations, raising your expectations and topping your taste buds with a whole new trend.

We pride ourselves on our Yorkshire origins, relying on local produce to serve up our marvellous creations. Using ingredients produced fresh from our homeland, we ensure our Yorkshire roots influence the flavours we create.

BOUNCY CASTLE

When at food festivals or hired for events, yellow tables (Pantone P 10-8 C) and dark pink chairs (Pantone P 69-8 C) can be laid out in front of the van. The tables are yellow so that the dark pink food trays will stand out against them. Hand held menus will also be placed on the tables. As well as this a giant Yorkshire pudding bouncy castle can be set up next to the van. The inside of the bouncy castle is light pink (Pantone P 71-5 C).

FOOD TRAYS

Created from recycled cardboard, the trays replicate a Yorkshire pudding tin. They can be easily stacked, perfect for storage in the food truck. Each tray can be torn into  four pieces depending on the order placed. When finished with, they can be recycled. To add a bit of branding, cocktail stick flags are placed into each Yorkshire. The logo can then clearly be seen if a customer is to take a photo of the product, it can also act as a little souvenir for them to takeaway.
